O’Neill M&E Services have recently completed the electrical works to the Premier Inn Hotel Newmarket Square, The Liberties, Dublin 8. The hotel consisted of 151Nr bedrooms with all associated ancillary accommodation including public bar/restaurant and an art studio/commercial units, and ranges from 6 storeys stepping to 8 storeys also including a basement/lower ground floor level.
This contract commenced January 2022 and completed August 2023 for Bam Contractors.
