O’Neill M&E Services have recently completed the Electrical works to Ardee Point, a new Student Accommodation building located in Dublin City Centre. The construction consisted of 7 and 8 story mixed use developments in three blocks compromising a co-working space with student amenities and communal areas. A total of 368Nr student accommodation bed spaces were achieved with associated facilities.
This contract commenced September 2021 and completed March 2023 for John Paul Construction.
