O’Neill M&E Services have completed the Electrical works to the project Sweeneys Corner Student Accommodation in Mill Street, Dublin 8
This project consisted of four blocks with varying numbers of floors over ground. The building included study area and games/relaxation room at lower ground level. The student accommodation consisted of 286 beds in a mix of studios and units also known as “clusters” which included a number of bedrooms with a shared kitchen and living room.
The contract commenced September 2021 and completed October 2022 for Bam Contractors.
